And ultimately did not even meet for this viewing as it was not a suitable unit for my requirements. However, in knowing that I was really interested in this unit, Roland went out of his way (as he is not my agent) to actually offer if I would like to do a proper calculation. And with the presented documents he came back very quickly with where I stand financially and if it was a sensible purchase for me. It wasn’t. But he also left me with some advice and even mentioned that he would update me if there were other suitable units that came his way.
